It's gives me joy once again and I consider it a privilege to express my thoughts on the above subject matter worry doesn't solve problems.

We need to understand what the word worry means.It simply means a a strong feeling Of anxiety.It could also be something or someone that causes anxiety or a source of unhappiness.I would not say it is wrong if a person is anxious one way the other ,or if there is anything that could cause unhappiness because the world we live in today is critical.Eachday every year every hour minutes or second humans are faced with challenges of all sorts it could be sickness,loss of a loved one ,loss of a Job house rent ,school fees and so on.These could cause anxiety and make a person worry.
Does worry solve problems? If yes why ? If no why? |

No is my answer the reason is because when someone is anxious he or she is loaded already the brain is passing through a lot instead of solving the problems it make the individual suffers emotionally physically Because people will noticed he or she is going through a lot and if care is not taken may suffer emotionally .That reminds me of what the great teacher said which were recorded in matt 6;27" who of you by being anxious can add one cubit to his life span".With this in mind worries can not solve problems. Instead of solving it worsens the problems.
Hunger,debt,loss of a loved one could cause an individual to worry.
Hunger is a state of starving a situation where someone wants to eat but has no food or money this could cause worry.
Debt ; when a person is in debt and he or she has bills to take care of such as house rent ,shop rent
School fees for the kids if he has any.This could cause worry.loss of a loved one could cause excess worry in the sense that if the the deceased was the bread winner it could cause worries.The consequences of worries could be over thinking ,could damage one mentally and emotionally ,could even cause untimely death.
Contentment; when a person is content or satisfied with what he or she has,it would prevent him or her from stretching towards something they can't afford therefore preventing worries.
Exercise; it is said that" all work no play makes jack a dull boy". Exercise is the activity of exerting ones muscle in various ways to keep fit. Exercise keeps one fit and when on it there will be no time fir worries.
Talk to someone; talking to someone , especially someone you trust could be of help."A problem shared is a problem half solved they say" so when talking to someone you could learn from them .
Finally make plans there is what is called scale of preference a table drawn and it's specifies wants and need the most important things come up so it is very important to know the actual thing you need . Therefore you would not run into unnecessary debt and worries won't come your way.

You listed beautiful the problems that can cause worrying and the consequences. You solutions are the one I most subscribe too. Indeed contentment, excessive, seeking counselling, and making plans.
