Ghana was previously known as the Gold Coast. On 6 March 1957 Kwame Nkrumah proclaimed the nation's freedom. On 1 July 1960, Ghana turned into a ward republic with Nkrumah as the main President of the country. The banner of Ghana comprises of the varieties red, gold, green, and the black star.
Ghana Was the First Sub-Saharan Country in Africa to Gain Independence. Ghana was framed by a consolidation of the previous British Gold Coast an area and the Togoland trust. The Portuguese were the principal Europeans to show up. By 1471, they had arrived at the area that was to become known as the Gold Coast. The Gold Coast was so-named on the grounds that it was a significant wellspring of gold.
Ghana is 65years now. The capital town of Ghana is Accra.Ghana is a democratic country. English is the official language of Ghana and Alan is the largest ethnic group. a country in West Africa. It adjoins the Gulf of Guinea and the Atlantic Ocean toward the south, sharing boarders to the Ivory Coast in the west, Burkina Faso in the north, and Togo in the east.
There are 16 regions in Ghana. Among which are; Upper west, Upper east,Northern region, Ashanti region,Brong-Ahafo region, central region, Volta region. The current president of Ghana is Nana Akufo-Addo.

As they say there is no place like home. Home sweet home. No matter the situation, for how long did I stay in different country, surely, I will be back to my country. I might not be able to stay in different countries because of their weather condition and their culture. I mean their way of life.
Ghana is a populous ethnically diverse country with over 100 ethnic groups living in Ghana. Ghanians come from six main ethnic groups: the Akan (Ashanti and Fanti), the Ewe, the Ga-Adangbe, the Mole-Dagbani, the Guan, and the Gurma. The culture of Ghana differs from one ethnic group to another.
The United States (US) Embassy in Ghana has proclaimed Jollof made in Ghana as the best on the planet.Jollof rice is a much-cherished merry dish that is frequently served at weddings, parties, and other enormous social events. It is a splendidly hued orange to red rice dish, due to being cooked in a rich and fiery tomato-based sauce.

I so so love Waterfall they are really attractive to the eyes of people especially my eyes and I just wish I could keep seeing waterfall everywhere I go but the unfortunate fact is that I have never been to any waterfall before 😔
Chai Ghana jolliof rice, I remember when Nigeria and Ghana did competition on which country cook the best jolliof rice. It won't be bad if we start we start I will always go for Nigerian 😎.

You are the first Ghanaian author that I have read this week and the first thing I noticed is that we have almost thesame flag because our Cameroon flag is Green, Red Yellow then with a yellow Star whereas your Ghanaian country flag is Green Yellow Red with a Black star which is thesame and almost similar to ours
I can now see why they call the Ghanaian football team The Black stars of Ghana.
