Hi ! Have a good day my all steemit friends.

In our daily life, we have to hear and see the disputes, beliefs and rumors of some people. Even knowing that some of them are lies, we are tempted to believe them. So I thank @steem4nigeria for organizing such a contest to discuss such things through the Steem4Nigeria community I also thank my dear friend @senehasa for inviting me to this competition and I accepted her invitation very happily.

In the society there are many things such as false differences and rumors of false beliefs, some of which we ignore and some things even knowing that they are false, we are motivated to do them. So most of the time these things are done according to the opinions of our old grandparents. So I am also ready to share such a thing with you.

Often the lies we believe differ from country to country. So what I am going to mention is something that often happens in countries like India and Sri Lanka.People in different countries believe in different spiritual beliefs. So some people believe the wrong words of people as a curse. Jealousy of people is considered as a curse.

As mentioned above, it is our belief that various methods have been used in the past to prevent spiritual beliefs that are considered as curses. But looking at its history throughout the past, it is also events that are not a spiritual opinion. There is a spiritual belief that three limes prepared in this way and chili pods can prevent the effects of people's jealousy and curse words.

This is only in some countries, so it is widely used for vehicles. Someone bought a vehicle and in front of the vehicle three limes and chili pods blessed by the priests are hung in front of the vehicle to reduce the possible effect of people's jealousy and curse words. But does this actually happen?

I hung limes and chillies in this way on my tricycle too, I did it because of the belief in the society. But when we look at the past, there is a different story related to this. In other words, we have heard that in the distant past, there were no cars like nowadays, and horses and oxen were used to travel in carts. Some injuries occur on the feet of these animals when they travel on the backs of horses and oxen or in carts. By passing the germs on the wounds, they infect the wound and affect the body of the animals. This makes it difficult for them to move.

So as a solution to this, lime, which acts as an antiseptic, was used. That is, the acidic juice of lime is used as a germ killer in ancient Vaidya Shastra. They can prevent bacterial infections. Therefore, when the people of old society travel on horses and cattle, they start walking by putting lime on the legs of those animals. Because applying lime to the legs of those animals prevents bacterial infections that may occur in the legs.

The ancient people used to hang some limes together in carts because lime is the best medicine to stop the damage to the feet of animals while traveling with those animals. So that event is now shaped according to each ideology and in this way lime and chillies are hung on vehicles to protect them from curses. Since this has been done since ancient times, it is still being done by our people. But it has been done in the past for a different reason.

However, by hanging lime and chilies on vehicles in this way, it does not protect them from curses or avoid accidents. Because I have seen many vehicles that have been in accidents despite hanging limes in this way. Therefore, this action can be said as a lie that builds trust according to social ideologies.

I invite my steemit friends to join this contest and share their information.
