The word courtship is the process of getting to deeply know your partner with the intention of assessing his character, and behavior, compartment and building a foundation of trust and open communication to ensure a lasting connection.

This is the process you will get to know what you want for yourself, what you can tolerate and endure. It's the period where you tend to correct each other.

Marriage is a lifetime journey, so one needs to be vigilant and have an eye opening of the other person. Courtship is the other word is an eye opener to fully know and understand your partner more better.

I strongly believe in courtship before marriage, marrying someone I deeply do not know. Getting married is not really for my benefit, it's also for the benefit of my family and most importantly for my unborn children. I want the best loving and caring father for my kids.

The period of courtship is to explore each other personalities and what they believe in. It's a room where you check for compatibility and tolerance.

Well, I feel it's the decision of both couple, the duration may vary depending on the individuals involved. Some couple feel a shorter duration may work while some may prefer a longer duration to fully know and understand each other. The most important is that most partner should know what works for them and ensure they are both comfortable with the decision they make.

A big No, like I said it's a period where you get to check for compatibility, Not all courtship leads to marriage. This is where one needs to be observant about the kind of person you want to be with for life.

Many couple neglect this because they were not observant, they were carried away with all the goodies they both have to offer for themselves.

As a Christian, sex outside marriage is a sin. People now use sex to check how well their partner is able to last and how fertile they are. There are medical ways to test for fertility.

Communication is also necessary in this aspect, they should know what they want. If they want to abstain, boundaries should to placed to ensure a healthy relationship.

To those in courtship, my advice is to give room for transparency and prioritize effective communication. Be willingly to understand your partner
