Yes. I love food. But more precisely picking up something more suitable for my body is what matters most. There are people that are negligence of this simple facts. Certain consumptions can danger our health—therefore request for perpetual watchfulness of what we consume.
Let me delve briefly:
Yes. I've craved for a particular kind of food in a season. It's ATASI. ATASI is a combination of cooked beans & cooked rice. The rice is always bigger than the beans in size. The beans is not iron beans, it's a small dark-beans, that has small seeds.
This food is prioritized by the Béninois in Benin Republic. If you eat this food, you won't want to eat anything else. They uses stew, egg, fish, meats to eat the food. If you are served with any of the aforementioned, you'll love buying it always. Very sweet and fantastic. It's only the Béninois that can cook it. They have a pattern for doing that....
- Bread + pineapple flesh
First of all, to get this combo, buy a bread of any size, depending on what you can consume. Slice it into a big bow clean plate. For the pineapple, discard the hard layers (skin of the pineapple). Filter out the pineapple juice. Add the juice into the bow containing the sliced bread, mix everything together. Allow it to dry under normal room temperature. Once you're done, fold it like garri or Fufu and use it to eat Egusi soup. Very sweet.
- Indomie + Sugarcane.
Get a clean pot and add water. Pour the Indomie noodles into it and allow it to boil for few minutes. Sieve it and discard the colour liquid. Get a sugar cane, grind it using an electric grinder. Discard the residue and keep the sugarcane water. Use the sugarcane water to cook the parboiled Indomie noodles, add the noodles ingredients (salts and pepper). After it's done, dish it and enjoy yourself with bread. Very sweet.
- Onions + Fresh green pepper + water + salts + dry fish.
This one is the most sweetest. Get your mortar prepared. Grind the fresh green pepper and sliced onions very well. Add water, not much, the quantity you wants. Add salts and dry fish. Stir everything together. Get your Fufu ready, eats and enjoy yourself.... If you eats this one, you won't miss heaven at all.
Hunger. Hunger inspired my food combo. This things mostly happen when there's no money in my pocket, and the only thing available are the aforementioned, instead of starving myself, I will get those things ready and enjoy myself.
Effects
Ever since I started consuming this, there's been huge impacts when it comes to immune boost and stabilization. Mostly the last one, that's naturally prepared. And the effects of it is more of positive. I love it.... And I'll appreciate if others can try too.
