Hello dear friends of Steem4Nigeria community, today, I will like to let my pictures speak in this wonderful contest that was organized by @fredquantum. Pictures speaks in deed. I have a lot of pictures but I will just share 3 of them as required by the contest tips.
I am going to share pictures where I attended a friend's wedding ceremony
Wedding Galore
This was a picture I took when I attended a wedding of my friend and an inactive steemian, @mexacliff. This picture depicts how happy I was then. You can see @eliany in the picture also. This wedding took place at Ukwa west Obehe in Abia State Nigeria.
Attending wedding is very good and important. There we can learn how to keep our marriage vows and how to put up with one another in family despite problems.
This wedding had much impact in my life as it was a wedding of my Christian friend. A public discuss was given that bothers on Having an honorable marriage in God's sight. This topic was timely as most people do not have their marriages start off on an honorable way. What this means is that marriage mates should keep themselves apart sexually until after they say, I do. This is was a reminder for those yet to marry. Then for this already married, it was a reminder for them to keep living in peace with their mate and applying bible principles in their marriages to make it work.
To the the new couple, it was instruction to them to learn to live together and keep their marriage vows. After attending the wedding, I felt like I just wedded newly because the love I had for my spouse came back like never before and we are living happily together.
Meetup with fellow steemians
From time to time, I do organize a meet up with my fellow steemian friends in my city of residence. This very one in that picture was a peculiar one.
We had this meet up to share our joys because most of us were selected as community curators. This made us very happy and we decided to just seat out and rejoice over the news.
Also, @medilyn02 wanted to take part in a contest that required that a special Nigerian recipe be prepared. She made me prepare this special dish that is known as goat head. This was really special. It is a delicacy that is prepared by the Igbos in my country and it is usually very delicious. I prepared it with goat head, traditional nutmeg, pepper, utazi leave, edible potash, goat brain which served as the thickner and other ingredients. But trust me, it was one of it's kind.
The meeting was help at doctor's mess, and was honored by @eliany @ddwosky @ubongudofot @eliany @goodybest @benton3 @madilyn02 among others. We were all encouraged to keep working hard in steemit and climbing the ladder of success. It was a refreshing association that we had and day by day, it keeps ringing in my mind. I will really like to repeat such.
My Convocation Ceremony
You can see me there in that picture. That was taken in 2009. That was during my convocation ceremony when I was awarded a Higher National Diploma in Accounting. It was a memorable day for me .
During this time, I was heavily pregnant for my daughter @fortwis09. Double honor was bestowed on me that day. I had the honor to fulfill one of my dreams of graduating as an accountant from Abia State Polytechnic, Aba Abia State.
This year was a great year for me especially as respects the pregnancy. I married in 2007 and as a couple, we were expected to start giving birth. But for a year and 3 months, no pregnancy came as as a women, I started worrying ready. But the Almighty blessed me this year that I graduated. It was really a happy thing. And I am grateful that it all happened together this year.
Though my certificate is inside the drawer, I am still reaping the benefits of studying even as a steemian. I can't forget this day in a hurry. I had to search for this picture to enable me take part in this contest
Conclusion
Truly speaking, picture speaks. Mine has spoken, and yours is about to spark. I am inviting @eliany @madilyn02 and @goodybest to come let your pictures speak in this contest. Thanks to you @fredquantum for organizing this contest that has reminded me of events that are close to my heart.

Wow. Pictures indeed speaks.
This was indeed double celebration. Especially in this part of the world (Africa)where new couples are expected to start having babies immediately after their wedding, it can really be a worry if there is delay.
But thank God for stepping in for you.
Is the contest still on?
