Dear lovelies, welcome to my fitness update! Keeping fit is a nice business and those who are into this business have nothing to regret at all. This past week was a wonderful week as I took the members through to a lot of programs that targeted the whole body.

As the first week of July, I made sure that I communicated with the members on what they are to expect for the month. I noticed that most members do not follow up in all the programs at the same time. Circumstances differ and challenges differ as well as abilities. Some came with a specific situation, some came as Freshers to fitness while some came as old timers. Hence, putting them all through same programs may not really be to their best interest. Hence, I came up with all encompassing programs that each one will benefit from.

I take into consideration their unique circumstances as you will read in details soon after the comment contest result

Comment chat result

I received wonderful interactions at the comment section of the last update. 6 persons made direct comments out of which 3 where physically present during the week to workout withe while the other 3 are lovers of fitness even though they could not make it to the venue. However, I have sent rewards accordingly. 1 sp each to the 3 that were present during the workout days and 0.6 steem to the remaining 3 who couldn't make it. The screenshot is here below but i am sincerely grateful to them all for the interactions. It is well appreciated. I invite them to try again this current week and possibly invite their friends to do same

update on week #15

This fitness group is growing every day. I want to sincerely thank the Almighty for always being with us and blessing ilus with increase. This week alone, 5 new people joined us. They were supposed to be 6 but one only came on Monday and I didn't see him again..

Most of they heard about us from others who are with us, some heard about us from our other social media handles like Facebook and WhatsApp status. It is amazing how they are really joining us. I want to thank the members sincerely from the heart for being consistent especially my fellow steemians who are our members.

This past week, we had the following problems

Tire drill is for strength. The tire is carried up with both hands and thrown down with much force. It was done 20 times each and in 3 reps with rest in-between. But some members with high energy did theirs just in 2 reps

Jump squats is done by raising both hands up and down as one jumps up and down, opening and closing the legs at the same time. We did 50 at a time in 2 reps. It was physically exhausting. But I can go 100 times at a time but I had to consider the make up of members

Push up is done by lying down in plank position, then pressing the body down and up but allow the arms to be the spring. It is usually very hard for most members. Even I can not go more than 5 times at a time but I have those who went 30 times at a go in 3 reps

Planks thus is done by facing down ward and supporting the body with arms and legs

Plank shoulder touch is done by staying in plank position, then touching the shoulders with the palms in alternate successions

Overhead press is done without the dumbbells. Pulling hands up and down the shoulder levels and above the head

High impact jumping jacks

Low impact jumping jacks

Run and jump in a place

Dumbbell overhead press is done with the dumbbells and doing the same thing as in the one above without dumbbells

Leg raises is done by lying down and facing upwards. Then raising your both legs up and down

And so many other programs including aerobics. It was amazing to see so much sweat running down the members who truly carried out the programs.

Once I get to the playground each of the workout days, I will set up the programs for the day and as the members come, I show them demo and they follow suit. Take a look at the pictures for each of the days

After the workout, we had our Wednesday football game with the Steemit jersey. We paired ourselves in 5s and it ended in 5:1 with the yellow team leading. I was in the team that won. It ended in joy for the winners and mixed feelings for the losers. But it is just a friendly game

Saturday training g

This is usually a very wonderful day because we do have a full house. Most of our members work secularly and have chance only on Saturdays. I was early, and I set the programs accordingly. Members came and joined and after a while of much Tabatha workout, we then had aerobics
