Hello dear friends and fellow Nigerians, I am delighted to announce this special project today. It a good thing that the steemit team have returned me to my position as a country representative for Nigeria and I am so excited about it. I am grateful to them and I have accepted my duties of which one of them is to support steemians in my country.

I am also glad that more country representatives have been added to make things more easier for us here in Nigeria. I therefore congratulate all my fellow country representatives for Nigeria in the person's of @focusnow @fredquantum @reminiscence, @ubongudofot and @goodybest. You are all welcome on board.

Over the years, we here in Nigeria have done wonderfully great in recruiting and mentoring newbies and this greatly increased the number of Nigerian steemians.

We have hosted seminars, trainings and support programs to ensure that these ones remain active and they did for some times. But today, so mane of them are inactive in the platform.

There are a lot of reasons that could have made them become inactive but I will not like to mention until I hear from them.

The rhythm of revival of inactive steemians in Nigeria

This is a project that will help me reach out to the known inactive ones in my city and beyond. I call it rhythm of revival because I will like to present it in a way that it will be palatable to the inactive ones such that they will freely dance to it instead of feeling repelled my it.

I will like to sing to them so that they can dance this to this song. It's goin to be fun.

How Do I Intend To Achieve This?

Weekly, I will like to try very hard to revive at least 2 inactive steemians to the platform each week.

I will go back to the old telegram or WhatsApp groups I created long time ago and call, chat, or email them privately and find out their individual challenges that made them inactive. From their response, I will know how to revive them to be active again.

Each week, I will make an update of the responses I received from at least 2 of them. And the progress I have made.

I believe that this will work and help to revive most of them .

I really desire to see as many as possible return to their state of activities here and enjoy steemit with me.

I will look for ways to support them.

I have already started the move. Just today, I decided to find out from 3 inactive Nigerians who I know but have been inactive. I asked what and why they have been inactive. See the screenshots of their reasons

You can see that these 3 users have different reasons why they have been inactive. They just needed a little care of which I call personal interest. I believe as they have promised, they will start off again. I will keep checking on them regularly. I will also continue this way to see how many I can get back on track.

The names of these users are

@hannybanny

My Support To The Newcomers Who Join On A Daily Basis

I will like to use this medium to announce my willingness to support newbies. As soon as I spot new ones from the newcomers community who are willing to be active, I will support them with delegation of 200 steem.

I will spot 5 each month and support with 200 delegation each to help them actively publish regularly. That way, they can be encouraged to remain active.

Nigerians need a little kindness as we are all facing periods of hard times. To eat is a problem. If I can assist in this way, I believe these ones will like to continue.

As for those in my city of residence, I will start up a training with them and see how many I will encourage.

Wow! I can't wait

Undoubtedly, a great piece. I have been planning to travel a few miles to bring old friends back. As you said, most of them have reasons for being inactive some of which may be latent to us. On a move like this, we would be able to uncover more than we thought. Great stuff here, @ngoenyi.

I believe we can get them back on track as much as possible. Taking a leap of faith is just all that is required. I just tried it out today and the result is amazing. Let's do it together. Thanks for your wonderful comment and for being in support @fredquantum

Wow. That's a very good initiative. I believe this will help some stermians who aren't active. Also delegation will help the newbies. Thank you for rendering this help.

Congratulations!
