We the Catalyst Crew are thrilled to submit our application for the December 2024 Curation. We have gained valuable insights over the years about what makes Steemit thrive, and we work together to ensure its success. As the Catalyst Crew curators, our aim is to make a significant contribution and support users who are committed to promoting meaningful discussions.

Since I became a part of Steemit in 2020, I have worked hard to help the platform grow. I have been active in communities and shared valuable content to help users express their ideas and learn more. This way, I can educate users and provide useful information.

I am currently a Moderator in different communities (Steem4Nigeria, steemladies and steem-agro community), and a present curator.

I started my journey on Steemit on November 2021.My name is Hamza Yousafzai and by profession I am a teacher, Digital marketer, entrepreneur and Instructor on Udemy.I have beem made signinificant contribution in this platform like organizing amazing contest and currently I am organizing Steem Learning Challenge.

Currently I am Moderator in Steem Entrepeneurs community.

I joined steemit in August 2021, I'm a student girl but I've already left high school, now I study at the university and over time I have more experience and I know the platform better, I want to work as a curator in this team for the month of December, I've done a little bit of everything in my publications so I'm willing to look for varied contents in the communities and also in the personal blogs.

I have collaborated a lot in meet up organizations in Aragua Venezuela my country and that has allowed me to meet many users, I learned about steemit by @mile16 and thanks to her today I have a lot of experience in creating content on the network, as a curator I had no experience of my own, but I have seen very closely how the work is done and I know that I will do it very well I just need the vote of confidence. It's time to look for and get more responsibilities in steemit the platform that has given me so much and in which I want to collaborate in the selection of good post among the excellent creators that are here.

It is now clear that the Catalyst Crew possesses solid management and leadership abilities. By becoming part of the December curation team, we believe our experiences will help us create balance in our curation work.
