The Diary Game: First Sunday of the Year, Attending Church With my Niece||5th January,2025||

Happy new year dear steemian friends of this amazing community, its another special moments with great pleasure to see you all in 2025, I'm glad to welcome you all to my blog once again in this new year, I was privilege to work with you all in 2024 and I have a positive mindset that this year we will do even more better and yield tangible results together.

Thank you once again for having here in your midst and I'm proud of you all.

5th January 2025 was the very first Sunday in the new year and I was privileged to see and also witness it, I didn't take it for granted so I went to church to return all glory to God for making me and my family to see and also enter the new year. I want to also say that this was the first time going to church with my niece because she came for short holiday break.

Early morning I woke much more earlier than usual because of preparing my niece too, unlike when it's only me I usually wake up by 7am because service starts by 9am, but because she was around we woke up by 6 am and she was the one who woke me up,so I assisted her in brushing her teeth 🪥 first before allowing her to complete the brushing herself so that she can learn since she's growing up and she needs to learn.

After she was done brushing I prepared cereals for her as breakfast which is her favorite meal

When she was eating I went to brush my own teeth, I had already chosen clothes that we will wear yesterday that makes it easier for me. When she was done eating I bathed her rubbed her cream and quickly dress her up to wait for me,so I rush down to shower and dress sharply and here we moved to church

We got to church but a little bit late, I like sitting at the back whenever I'm with a child so that I will inconvenience another person because she might likely want to urinate or disturb,so we sat at the back and the church went pretty well. It was really lengthy because it was the first Sunday of the year, a lot of prayers and thanksgiving was done and we finally dismissed by 1pm and I started going back to the house with my niece, something happened has we were just heading home both of her shoes cut torn and I was stranded couldn't find find shoemaker at that point so I had no option than to back her till we got home

I got home really tired and exhausted so I just chilled myself with this dessert pawpaw

After eating the pawpaw I rested for a while before taking my dinner fufu and soup,it was my brother that prepare it I just had to manage whatever he cooks.
