I remember the last time we harvested our cassava in the farm,I was stressful all the day because of the work, harvesting cassava is the stressful work that only one person can't do it alone,you must need someone who will be helping you out.
Steps on how your cassava will turn to Garri
The first step
- You will remove the back of it will kitchen knife,after that you wash it with water,after wash it you will put it inside bag,after that you will take it to where they will Grand it with machine,after that they will jack it with the jack machine,after that it ready to fry.
