INTRODUCTION
Great nations are known for the powerful thing they do, the country I'm from is one of those countries that you can be proud of, No wonder we are called the giant of Africa, In my country we have alot of natural resources that gives us wooping income from foreign countries. You may like to do know which country I'm coming from right? Let's get started.
What is the name of your country? How many languages can be found in your country?
The name of my dear country is Nigeria, we are blessed with agricultural products and our identity is Green and White, the green stands for agriculture while the white stands for peace and unity. We have so many languages in my country but to mention a few we have these common ones that are most popular. They are
- Hausa
- Yoruba
- Efik
- Igbo
- English
- Pidgin English
All these languages are what is spoken in my country but officially English is what is used.
Among the listed languages in your country, how many are you familiar with?
Among all these listed languages , I'm very fluent in English, pidgin and Igbo my mother tongue. Efik is entering my head now because of marriage and residence. I can interact with Efik people on a lighter note while mixing it with English. I can say I'm very good at 4 languages in my country.
How has this language improved/helped your life and business?
We all know how important language can be when it comes to interacting with people, I can remember my early marriage when I can't even understand my husband's language it was very difficult for me to communicate with my mother in law because she was not familiar with my language and she can't speak English, today we can flow partially well because I can speak the language she understands.
In my business, I do go to village market where elderly people sell things with the help of the Efik language that I can speak I end up buying stuffs in a reasonable price. This is to say that language has helped me to interact and communicate well with others.
Are you willing to teach your children these languages? Yes/No. State your reason.
I started learning language from my parent, I will be very selfish not to teach my kids . Therefore I will be very willing to teach and allow them to learn as many language as possible .
Teaching my children will help them to be confident in communicating with me.
If they know my language it can save them from danger.
When children learn their mother tongue language it will help them to communicate secretly before a stranger.
Language is very necessary for every human to learn, knowing more than two is the best for more effective interaction to this end I am a Nigerian and I love and cherish all the languages spoken in my country

It pleases me you're married to my tribe.
As well I'm eager to learn the igbo language but has no bond that can consume to the language easily and I have few friends from that tribe.
Maybe I'll consider marrying there so can learn..
I'm passing the language to the children shows the sign of genuine love 💕, great aspiration and value to your tribe and culture.
