Khadijah, Be with me😍

Looking up at the sky I saw the white nature of it. it seemed dim and I didn’t understand. My eyes were okay but it seemed I lacked vision. I called my optometrist for a check-up. He said to me, “Abdul, nothing is wrong with your eyes. But I think your heart is somewhere your eyes can’t seem to see.” This kept me wondering until had a conversation with my heart.

My dear heart, talk to me. My heart said, “I'm lost in a jungle that I can’t find my way home. In this jungle is a beautiful angel I never dreamt of. Her behavior is on point. Her walking melts me that I have to find cold to bring me back. When we talk about her beauty, I wonder where she is from because she seems like an angel on earth. I haven’t seen the women in Jannah but I strongly believe she is a prototype of those women. I wish I could come back home but I think she is my home and the rib I lost.”

I was wondering who this lady was. how angelic she could be to have taken my heart away. She might have been someone great to be able to steal my heart. I only wish I could bring her closer as I can get my heart back from her. My heart came in and said, “She is Khadijah. That dagomba girl who sparks anytime she walks. I don’t think you can get me back because I think I can only function when I’m with her. The only solution is to bring her home. Because she is our home now”

To Khadijah, “You are keeping my heart. I don’t know if you stole it but I can only say you keep me living. My heart finds peace in you. If so, then I can live a thousand years with you. Living and loving are two things that go together. I think you will be that soul we always talk about when we mate. I only hope you are that soulmate that will journey with me till Jannah.

Khadijah, I can’t sleep at night. My eyes now seem like a projector. Anything I turn to see is an image of you. A video that plays anytime I want to see a movie. My whole life has to turn into a scene in your life movie. I only wish you could give me a chance to replay the Romeo and Juliet part. That would have been the most amazing love story ever shared. Let’s give back hope to the world in terms of love. Give me a chance let's show them there are good ends when it comes to love.

Your clock that turns back time, I wish we could journey 1000 years back with it. Go back and live till today. I can see a dream of life and happiness together. This journey would have been like that of Captain America just that we would live without growing old. Time might not be on our side but I know even a day with you is worth a thousand years.
