Were you present for the just concluded meetup? If you did, tell us why you decided to attend and if you didn't, tell us why you could not make it.
Words are not enough to express the excitement in my heart about attending the Nigerians National meet up and the first of it kind. I could not afford to have missed the event infact I almost could not make it due to some financial implications but you see since it was in my heart to attend it God made a way by providing the required finance. My salary was paid on time and so I didn't borrow again as that became my plan B. I really wanted to meet in person the Nigerian admins, curators and the steem big wigs. To also meet my friends @ninapenda, @eveetim, @ngoenyi @eliany @xkool24 @goodybest @sahmie I can't name them all. I also wanted to learn about the secret of how to become popular and successfull in the platform from those who have succeeded already. If I must tell you I was over satisfied by what I got from the meet up. My expectations were met and over satisfied.
What was your best moment during the meetup? And if you didn't attend tell us two things you have heard already about the meetup.
My best moment was when @goodybest detailed on how to keep a good engagement to become visible in the platform and also when @xkool24 talked about making the national meet up a yearly event as well as proposing that the next meet up should be hosted by Abia State. He added that newbies should seek to be mentored by the professionals as this will not keep them in isolation and depression which may result in discouragement and giving up from the steemit. That mentorship will guide and helped them to be carried along in the steem community as well as enhanced their growth. Before now I didn't know the importance of commenting on other people's posts and the importance of engagement. My eyes were pop open on the importance of engagement. Making good and positive comments on other people's posts.
Do you have a steemian you would have love to meet that wasn't present? And mention 5 Steemians you met for the first time. And if you didn't attend the meetup, tell us who has been your biggest motivation to continue blogging.
Yes I expected to meet with @ubongudofot @raddleking and my friend @ogechukuw-martha. For the first time I met @goodybest, @ngoenyi @eliany, @okereblessing @eveetim and @xkool24, @sahmie etc. I was over excited to meet with them. I can't forget the meetup in a hurry.
Share two pictures you took from the event and what those pictures represent to you? If you didn't attend, tell us 4 Steemians you would have love to take pictures with and why.
@patudoh with @goodybest
These pictures will always remind me of how valuable I am considered in this platform and how much my present mean in the platform. These steemians and many others stand as encouragement to me and why I should keep blogging
Let me invite my friends @eveetim @alli001 and @emishael60 to share their thoughts on their memories at the national meet up.
