✅What is goal setting?

Goal setting means that which a person wants to achieve within a period of time. It is called goal setting because it is an achievement that is needed to be achieved but there has to be some planning and all of that, which is the more reason it is called goal setting, we have to plan and work towards that goal.
We should remember that it is a process. Setting something demands some efforts to be attached and aside that, it demands hardwork, focus and determination to be able to make that gaol achievable one.

We have short-term and long-term goals. How can you different them?

A short term goal: These are goals to be achieved within a short period of time whereby, the person who is wishing to achieve that particularly goal knows so well that these goals can be achieved within a short period of time.

A long term goal: is just the direct opposite of a short term goal. These type of goals are set to be achieved after a long period of time and the person who is setting such a goal is also aware that the goal is to be achieved after a while.

✅Which of the goals is the most important to you?

I would prefer long term goals because I will have the whole chance of taking a quality time to achieve that goal. I would prefer the long term goal again because with some time, short term goal can be achieved. Long term goals allows individuals to take a long time to think and strategize on what to do. I have goals that I am working on which by God's grace in two years to come I will achieve it.
