My Choice: Cold, Warm or Hot water?

I am very happy to participate in this contest. We have different seasons in the year, the cold season, warm and hot seasons and out of this seasons there is always a season all of us have as our choices and nomatter what we must have our choice of which water temperature to use which I will share mine at this point.

My choice

I really have my choices in everything I do and I don't like being denied my choice. Amongst all the seasons of the year, I really do prefer using warm or better still hot water for bathing, for taking hot tea and other special reasons which will be discussed down.

Hot water Is a very good water temperature for every body system except for cold water and do you know that cold water leads to the death of some people because we have our different health conditions, some sickle cell patients gets a worser body condition when they bath or drink cold water.

✅Reasons for my choice

The reasons for my choice is that, hot water is very useful to the body, sometimes we experience very bad weather that one can give up if care is not taken so, taking hot water goes along way because it will quench every cold instantly and that is why most people take hot tea using hot water to give them a normal body temperature.

Warm or hot water serves as a sustainer to humans because it also helps one to stay without food. Some times I may not have food at all to eat but once I take hot water, it helps to sustain me for a while pending when I get what to eat else I will keep taking hot water and it works for me always.

✅Tell us how that has been of help to you or how it can help others.

My choice of hot water has alot of benefits and one of it is the fact that it prevents me from falling sick . Using cold water to bath is as simple as telling yourself that you want to fall sick or you want to have catarrh.

The use of warm water makes me feel very warm whenever I take tea. I have never seen anyone making tea with cold water because it makes no sense at all but with the use of hot water that is why they call it hot tea.
