THE RIVAL FASHION DESIGNERS

Uduak and Edima were fashion designers . They sewed clothes opposite each other. Uduak was always kind and loving to her customers, she was groomed and mannered . Edima on the other hand was arrogant, harsh and bad mannered. She gossiped about her customers and this made them hate her the more. When ever her customers complained, she screamed , stamp her feet and snatch away the customer' s cloth and fold it into a bag and she never worked on those clothes. All who knew them preferred Uduak to Edima. As a result, Edima started lacking customers and she complained bitterly . She blamed Uduak for her misfortune.

Everyday, Edima will always draw a battle line against Uduak whenever she saw people trooping to Uduak's shop. She would come out, insult ,shout , scream and curse Uduak terribly to the discomfort of others . At times, she tried to beat Uduak up but Will be separated by passer by and was warned to stay away from Uduak. She bore that as a grudge against her, she would always gossip lies about Uduak and tried to persuade to turn to her but Uduak 's good deeds outweighed the lies.

One day, when Uduak went to ease herself, Edima came in and removed the bobbin winder of her sewing machine and left, when Uduak returned, she was about to see but the machine was no responding , she felt bad because she had Some clothes to deliver. She called a mechanic , and he told her that she needed to fix a bobbin in the machine , she was confused and surprised and did not know what to do at the moment , soon the customer came, and she pleaded with the customer to give her few minutes. She sent the mechanic to help her buy the missing part while she started ironing and packaging the clothes that were ready.
Meanwhile Edima who carried out this mischievous act came out and started making caricature of her , to make the customers angry, but Uduak ignored her bluntly, as she was about leaving the bobbin fell off her hand and Uduak saw it and kept mute.
