Steem4nigeria Accelerator Contest Week 45: Marriage and it's Environs

Hello dear friends, I'm so delighted to be here again in steem4Nigeria community I will be participating in a wonderful contest titled "Marriage And It's Environs" it is such a beautiful contest In which I could ever hope for, but thank God that I'm here to also follow and share my thoughts on this very topic. All thanks to @steem4Nigeria for bringing up this beautiful contest. Here are my thoughts.

Marriage is a beautiful and admirable union in between two couples, it is a life long commitment between two people that brings together two individuals both friends and family to celebrate together. It is also a journey that requires effort and communication, it is a celebration of love and commitment.

There are some few things in which couples can do to make that marriage successful also note that marriages are build on a foundation of respect, trust and understanding. Without having this three call values in you there's no way that marriage would work out instead it will leads to regrets or brokenness in between the two couples. For a marriage to be successful, the two couples should be able to practice the following such as....

1. Encouragement: This is one of a powerful key in every successful marriage, it involves offering support and acknowledgement to help someone build his or her confidence.

2. Mutual Respect: This is also one of the powerful components in every successful marriages, it involves treating each other with dignity and understanding, even when arguments or disagreement arrives one must endeavour to listen very attentively and consider each others perspective.

3. Forgiveness: This is also one of a powerful components in every marriages, it involves letting go of anger and hurt and choosing to forget what happened in the past. It is also one of the process in every day marriages with the power of forgiveness it will simply makes the marriage to last long.

4. Effective communication: This is also one of the skill in every day marriage that can be improved with practice, it involves sharing your thoughts and experiences and also making an effort to see things from your partner's point of view this key can simply build a strong resilient marriage.

5. Trust: This is one of the essential components in every healthy marriage, it actually allows partners to feel secure and supported, it makes the two couples to have confidence in each others abilities and dedication when trust is present in every marriages couples can build life's challenges together with confidence.

6. Shared Values: This is one of the principles that can guide a couple's decision making there by sharing some common values or creates a strong foundation for a healthy Marriage.

The need of communication is very mandatory in a every marriage or relationship nowadays, it actually helps to discuss and transfer information accordingly. For couples to improve communication in any marriage they should stick to this rules such as....

1. Be Present: Make sure that you listen very attentively to the conversation and also enable to put up anything that will seams like a distraction to you like phone and focus with your partner by doing this it can helps to improve communication in any marriage at all.

2. Show Appreciation: Showing appreciate can also nurture a healthy marriage, you must learn how to show appreciation in anything good thing that your partner do for you try and appreciate it, by doing this you can build a more loving and supportive marriage.

3. Active Listening: This is one of the powerful communications technique that involves concentrating on your partners message, also make sure that you maintain an eye contact with your partner to shows that you're following along what he or she is saying and ask clarifying questions.

4. Practice Empathy This is also one of the powerful skill in which you can use to connect with your partner, empathy is the ability to share the feelings of another person, with this skill you can strengthen your bond and build a supportive marriage.

Trust is one of the components of a healthy marriage that requires effort and dedication from the both partners, it is very important in a marriage because it.

1. Enhances problem solving and conflict solutions.

2. Strengthens the connection between two partner's.

3. Helps to navigate life's challenges together.

4. Helps promote emotional intimacy

5. It also encourage an honest communication.

Couples can also navigate conflict in an healthy way there by practicing self care and also apologize and make amends when necessary, I also understands that couples can navigate conflict in an healthy way there by looking for shared goals and perspective. Also avoid escalation and takes break when needed and also enable to let go of resentments.

Yes I truly believe that distance can cause problem in a marriage, meanwhile when it comes to communication they may find it very hard at times to discuss with each other and also share some meanful thoughts, this is how problem will easily start in the marriage before you know it may leads to something else either regret or brokenness.

Another one is physical distance, when it comes to this type of distance expecially for a spouse to stay without seeing each other for some month's or talkless of a year what do you think will actually happened, this can easily leads to feelings of disconnection, it may leads that marriage to something else most expecially when the couple's don't have understanding between themselves it can leads that marriage to regret or anxiety, this are some certain thing's that can also break or scatter any marriage nowadays please let's try and maintain a short distance between ourselves and for the sake of the partner that we are dealing with so that we can be valued as usual.

When it comes to cultural differences couples can also enable to learn and grow with each other only if they wish to, remember that every successful marriage is a choice it is how your value your opinion and learn from each other that will definitely makes that marriage to works and grow effectively just as you both wished for it to be.

Also note that marriage is a journey of learning And love, by focusing on communications and trust couples can create a lifelong partnership that will brings supports to both individuals.
