There's a popular saying; "Tomorrow is pregnant". The actual meaning of this tomorrow varies from person to person. In this post, I'll be giving my own opinion of what tomorrow actually is. Big thanks to the admins of this community for making this contest possible. I invite @bossj23, @mmekan and @usoro01 to hop on this contest.
What Does Tomorrow Mean To You?
Tomorrow represents a lot of things such as
• Uncertainty: The fact that no one knows what will happen tomorrow makes us earn to get there, wanting to explore unknown possibilities or challenges.
• Opportunity: For some others, tomorrow is a chance to learn new things, acquire new experiences, and a chance to grow.
• Continuation: Tomorrow is a continuation of today, influenced by experiences and decisions made in the past.
• Mystery: For most people including me, tomorrow is a blank sheet which stories and memories fill up.
In summary, for me, Tomorrow is a chance to shape my destiny. Knowing that there is a tomorrow is like a fire in my heart. Telling me that it's not all over, that there's still hope.
What plans do you have for tomorrow that you are excited about?
For me, I firmly believe that my future is bright. I'm a second year Doctor Of Pharmacy student in the university of Benin. According to the rules, I'll have to go for training under a pharmacist when I get to my fourth year. My plan is to open a pharmacy after my fourth year so I can be making money even as a student. To achieve this I need funds. That's why I've made up my mind to do everything within my power to save up now.
I'm also trying to build my capacity. I've resolved to throw away my introverted nature and network with colleagues, people who can actually make a good impact in my life.
For me, making money is not just about my satisfaction. I have a lot of people around me going through a lot so I want to be of actual help to them. This makes me eager to succeed.
How do you usually prepare for the day ahead, especially when thinking about tomorrow?
My plans for the day |
---|
A friend of mine once told me about the 5Ps: "Prayerful Preparation Prevents Poor Performance". This has helped me a whole lot. After every day, I think about what I did throughout the day, what I did right and what i did wrong. This helps me to plan the next day, making sure I don't repeat my previous mistakes. I also have a note where I write what i plan to do. This helps me keep track of my activities and make sure I actually carry out my plans.
In what way do you think tomorrow can be better than today?
I'm someone that believes that humans have the power to write their future. This so called tomorrow although uncertain is to an extent in our own hands.
No one is destined to be poor, or destined to be rich. What you become in future is a product of the decisions you make, the opportunities you take advantage of, the people around you, and things like that.
What I'm trying to say is; take hold of your present, that's how you change your future.
What strategies do you use to stay organised and productive for the upcoming day?

I already mentioned it before. I have a note where I write what I want to do. It's like a to-do list. Whenever I do anything in my list, I tick it. Another thing is, I set alarms. The picture above shows the different alarms I've set. The alarms remind me to do what I'm supposed to do, as at when due.
This contest is beautiful. That's all I can say. For my readers, I want to tell you to not give up. As long as you continue working hard, you'll get to where you want to be.
