Contest 🚨: Not All Heroes Wear Capes

Hi guys good to have you all here today, how are you doing I hope all is well and you all are having a nice and wonderful day, as for me I'm perfectly fine.

In my today's entry I will be participating in an amazing contest organize by @sahmie here in the steem4nigeria community with the theme "t All Heroes Wear Capes"

What Do You Understand By The Word "Hero"?

According to my own personal knowledge a hero is a person who specifically a man, who has done something brave, new or good and id greatly admire by a lot of people

Growing up we have been made to believe due to too many movies, that heroes are specifically the ones wearing cape and in special costumes who rushes it to save the day someone like Superman, the flash, wonder woman, captain America etc

But as I became older I later realize that anyone can be a hero anyway and any time irrespective of who the person is and depending on the current situation at hand

What Do You Think Makes Someone A Hero, Whether They Wear A Cape Or Not?

There are so many things that makes someone a hero weather the person wears a cape or not, like I'd said earlier that depending on a present situation a person can definitely become a hero even without even realizing it

Take for example you were somewhere and maybe in school or business place, then all of a sudden when you were about leaving not knowing that you have misplaced your phone, so as you were heading out then all of a sudden someone runs after you calling you and telling you to stop that you have forgotten your phone.

Such a person automatically becomes a hero to you because if not for that good act, who knows the kind of tragedy that would have happened.

And in addition what makes someone a hero are;

• Bravery
• Kindness
• Vigilant

How Can We Encourage More Acts Of Heroism In Our Communities?

If we really want to look at it there's absolutely nothing much to do in encouraging more act of heroism, because you can't tell me that they teaches students bravery or being vigilant in school not to talk of kindness

Rather to me the only thing that can definitely help encourage more act of heroism in our community is when a person has the fear of God in them, for example you see a person misplaced his or her phone or bag being a person who has the fear of God you will be forced to take it and locate the owner instead of acting the other way round.

Do You Believe That Anyone Has The Potential To Be A Hero? Why Or Why Not?

Yes absolutely everyone even animals in most cases has the potential in becoming a hero, take dogs for example who are always ready to defend their owners from any form of threat, cat on the other hand helps keeping and maintaining an environment free from pest and dangerous animals like snakes

So if animals can be a hero that means that we humans already we are heroes because as humans we have all the potential and charisma in becoming a hero any day and anytime

If You Could Be A Hero Without A Cape, What Positive Change Would You Make?

If I could be a hero without a cape, that is if I am opportune to have all the ability as well as the resources in helping others, trust me I would try as much as I can to ensure that I'm able to impact other people's life positively by rendering sufficient help to the people around me and ensuring that they all have a good and comfortable life irrespective of weather we are related or not.
