My progress in tracking my stolen phone

INTRODUCTION

Hello amazing and wonderful steemians how are you all doing today I hope all is well and you all are having a wonderful day, mmm it feels good to be back.

So in my previous post I'd already told you guys that my phone was stolen and that was the reason for my inactive status here on steemit since there was no means for me to use and continue steeming.

But by God's grace I have successfully gotten a new phone for myself and just like I'd mention earlier in my previous post, I got myself the almighty Samsung Galaxy S21 ultra 5G.

KEEPING TRACK ON MY LOST DEVICE

Getting myself a new phone didn't mean that I'd move on and have forgotten about everything rather it was me making my first bold step in getting my stolen device back.

All thanks to the Samsung cloud that is secured by Knox and with the help of #smartthingsfind.samsung.com, Yes if you are a Samsung Galaxy user and you'd loss your device that's your only free option that you can use to keep track on your phone 📱

So since it's only a Samsung device that can track another Samsung device offline, with the help of my newly acquired Galaxy S21 ultra just yesterday when I'd login to my Samsung account I was able to see an offline signal of my stolen phone.

As you can see in the above picture the phone sent it's signal yesterday which was 31st August by 4:36pm which is in the evening and the worse part of it is that I know the street that they phone is sending it's signal from and the name of the street is Esuene street in uyo.

But what baffles me is that when the phone was stolen alongside with my laptop which was two in number, in the morning we came I find the laptop in a bag in our neighbors backyard which automatically promted us to suspect a young boy by name ukpono as you can see him in the 100x zoom picture below.

But when we confronted the boy since that night his mother and senior brother wasn't around and he was the only one in the house but still he said that he is innocent and since we didn't caught him in the act we had no prove.

Until yesterday when the phone sent it's signal to my Samsung account and the only thing that is troubling us now is that our landlord has relocated to uyo yesterday morning and my brother remembered him mentioning the name of the same street which my loss phone is sending it's signal from which is Esuene street in uyo.

But for we just want to confirm that he is indeed staying in that street in uyo and when it's confirmed that he is indeed staying in the same street that my phone signal is coming from then indeed he is the buggler and the only one who can open our rooms door because he is the landlord.

And as you can see I have search for that same location with Google earth 🌎 app and as you can see especially the zinc of the houses there, that isn't a shop rather it's a compound that has a small space in the center, and if it happens that our landlord is staying there that automatically means that he is with the phone.

The only thing is that I pray that nothing happens to my phone because I strongly believe that no matter how long it takes that I will definitely find that phone some day and I pray that it should be sooner.

So far so good that's the only active lead that we have on recovering and finding my phone and my brothers own and I pray that it should work amen.
