Below we will be discussing base on the topic stress and how it affects us physiological, mentally and psychologically.

Stress can be defined as the mental state that makes a person to worry or have mental tension which is being caused by difficult situations or some certain life experiences.
Causes of Stress |

Below 👇🏽 are some of the major causes of stress to a person since stress is the bodies reaction to certain challenges and changes;
- A person going through some financial challenges is more likely to become a victim to stress
- Emotional challenges is another and the number one thing that causes a person to become a victim to stress
- Some certain health issues can cause stress as well
- Certain internal worries can also cause a person to develop stress
All that and many more are some of the various causes of stress to an individual and below we will be looking at some of the most effective ways we can release stress.
How to release stress |

Some of the most effective ways of releasing stress are;
- Engaging more in physical activities can definitely help in releasing stress
- Eating a balance diet can also help in releasing stress
- Increasing our rest period can also help in releasing stress
- Hanging out and spending more time with family members and friends.
There are many other ways a person can use in releasing stress but for the sake of time I'd just mention only a few as stated above.
