Greetings to you, I'm so happy to be with you today and creating my entry on this amazing topic: It Is Better To Be Late Than To Be The Late. I will use this opportunity to appreciate @simonnwigwe for making this contest possible and also for carefully picking a very important topic we should worry about nowadays.

It's Better To Be Late Instead of Being The Late

The intrinsic topic has raised the eyebrows in our society of today as we are faced with challenges in life that sometimes push most of us to the extremes. The question here is WHAT and WHY?. If we look keenly, we will realize that the author of this topic of Has been observant of these experiences in life.

Now back to the topic, it's better to be late than to be the late, breaking it down will be base on the fact that don't push too hard above your limit, know your limit/lane, be contented with yourself and don't do something you would later regret.

There's this say: once a glass is broken, it pieces might be reunited but will never go back to its original shape.

Based on our question of WHAT and WHY, The most common things that push many to go the wrong way, is hardship, quest for soft or easy life, short cuts, and laziness.

Hardship is inevitable and we all bound to grow through it sometimes. The bigger problem with hardship is how we handle hard time. Most will prefer the short cut during this times and some end up being the late whereas others with take their time and do it the right way and be late but end up in track.

Let me discuss with you guys the story of a young man I've known before. This guy named Derick happens to be one of my former school mate. Derick has always dreamed of living a soft life and didn't believe much in physical labor. Often at times when he sees you doing some muscle work he'd criticize you and term it suffering.

Little did he know that without sweat there's no gain. This guy always as for help related to financial issue from the same people he mock and term them as suffering. One thing about him was that he was never shy to ask for help from people he rub their faces in the mud.

So one day, another friend of Derick presented a better offer to him which was related internet fraud or commonly known scam. My friend Derick did not hesitate before joining the crew. In a few months he was already wealthy and spend money anyway he goes.

My worry came about when he present the idea to us and we rejected it, he said we are being doomed. Our generation of young girls are something these days as well. News began speculating on his lifestyle and his source of income, some girls could still not hold themselves and say money doesn't matter where it comes from.

After a while one of his girlfriend died mysteriously but no one had an idea of what could be the cause. 2 yrs later Derick had build a house and bought several plots but so unfortunately for him his doom met him. He hard a terrible accident and died on the spot. News later came out that he was a cult and confirmations could be of his girls death few months earlier.

The life lesson serve here is that we learn to be patient with ourselves and do not take actions to regret letter. My friend Derick ended up the late than being of late. I am late but here I am and doing much fine. Short cuts are dangerous and we should learn doing things the right way.

Lets bounce to steemit and take on some critical analysis. Steemit is a decentralize platform and every one is entitled to grow depending on the amount of work and effort the bring in. A lot of people of now I will term them as inactive members joined the platform with wild imaginations.

Most of these people thought steemit is a platform, where you jump in and get easy or maybe free rewards but little did they know that everything in life deserve effort and consistency. If you check the stats, majority have gone mute because here's what they didn't expect.

Looking at the stats major people topping the platform and gaining higher rewards are the ones who persevere and were late but in the end made it while those who quickly concluded at the early stage are now the late. So touching but inevitable.

My final advice to you would be that, take your time master the craft and catch the train for It Is Better To Be Late Than To Be The Late. Hopeful you learn something new.
