Hello friends, I hope you are all well. I am also well because of the infinite mercy of God. Once again, I come to you to participate in this amazing topic of the third week of the Steemit Engagement Challenge. Through today's challenge, I will share with you about Growing up in a Rural or Urban Area.
Differentiate between urban and rural areas stating three major features
There are many differences between rural and urban areas. Three major features are mentioned below:
Areas in urban are crowded and we can see the high-rise buildings are all around, with various infrastructures and major roads, and most of the people live in single families in flats and rented houses. And rural areas has less density of population, and an open natural environment is seen all around; not so big buildings are seen, and most of the people are seen living together in their own houses.
In the urban area, there are opportunities for people to work in various sectors such as technology, finance, manufacturing, etc., where people have more chances to get all the opportunities they want, and in rural areas, people earn their living through agriculture, cattle ranching, farming, etc., and produce their own food and always have the opportunity to eat natural foods.
Advanced treatment and medical services are easily available in urban areas, whereas medical facilities are limited in rural areas. However, since people in rural areas have the opportunity to eat raw and healthy food, their life expectancy is seems longer than that of people in other area.
Which area did you grow up and why?
I was born and brought up in a rural area, as my parents, grandparents, and previous generations all lived in villages. I was grown up in a rural area, as no one from the previous generation of my family has ever lived in an urban area, and my parents are also natives of a rural area.
If you were told to go to the area you didn't grow up from, will you?
I lived in an urban area for about 1.5 years. I spent my intermediate time in a city because my college was far away from my home, so I had to stay there. But if I was asked to live in an urban area where I did not grow up, I would not feel comfortable to go there. I like the city area where I can take advantage of everything, but the pleasure doesn't last long because I feel restless in the noisy urban environment. I prefer peace and quiet, so I don't want to leave the charm of the natural environment of the rural area where I grew up.
What things are there in the area you grew up from that aren't in the other?
I grew up in a rural area, so other rural areas in our country have more or less everything that my area has. But I will mention two things that aren't in the other than where I grew up.
My house is just 2 minutes from the sea, and there are many beautiful beaches around me where I can go and enjoy the sea whenever I want. And the world's biggest beach, Cox's Bazar, is very close to me, where I can go very easily, which is not available in other areas.
As our house is near the hilly area where I grew up, every winter season I can go directly to the date palm trees to drink date palm juice, which is like nectar and the best available in our area.
I would like to invite my friends @enamul17 @mostofajaman @solaymann to participate in this content. Contest Link: SEC-S15-W3: “Growing up in a Rural or Urban Area

We often see in urban areas many high-rise buildings and high levels of air pollution. This is very different from rural conditions that have open nature and lower population density compared to urban conditions

Hello dear friend, The biggest beauty of rural areas is that even today we see many people living together, there is greenery in rural areas, there is peace, there is less pollution, but the education system there is not good due to which people from rural areas are mostly engaged in animal husbandry or agriculture. While there is immense potential for work in urban areas, there is a lot of pollution and noise here. I enjoyed reading your post. Good luck with the engagement

A great presentation. I myself prefer to live in a village like you. City people are mechanics who are busy with their work. Everyone in the village lives together. They advance in each other's danger. The simple life of the village people has always fascinated me. So many poets have written poems about the quiet atmosphere of the village. Good luck to you.

Saludos
