Guess what ? It's weekend and today's theme on steem accelerator is weekend specials..

Weekend specials affords us the opportunity to share the best meals we had during the week. Did you enjoy any meal at all during the week? Well I enjoyed some meals or should I say delicacies over the week and am here to share some of them with you and I hope you would like it.

MONDAY

_{Bread with fried eggs and tea}

On Monday my special delicacy was bread with fried eggs and hot tea. This combo usually sends me to another realm each time I eat it. The weather was cold and I needed to get warm so I went for this meal. It was special for me because I don't often drink tea not because I don't like tea.

My eggs was fried with fresh tomatoes and fresh pepper with a pinch of salt. It was yummy I must say. I think you should try it out.

TUESDAY

_{Portage sweet potatoes with fried fish}

Tuesday was another amazing day for me. I had one of the best meals which I have not had in a long time. My special delicacy for the Tuesday was portage sweet potatoes with fried fish.

While cooking the sweet potatoes some vegetables was added to give it a very yummy look and for it's healthy benefit too. I had this special delicacy on Tuesday evening while I got home. I bet you the meal was an experience for me. I ate it with so much joy. This meal is not something I eat everyday so it meant so much to me.

Guess what ? It wasn't even so expensive to prepare yet it is so nutritious for the body to stay healthy.

WEDNESDAY

_{Eba and egusi soup with Pawpaw}

It's getting hotter with my special delicacies over the week hahaha. I present to you my yummy eba with egusi or melon soup as my special delicacy for Wednesday.

The vegetable added to my egusi soup was bitter leaf. I love varieties so I do not have a special vegetable I use in my egusi soup or some people chose to call it melon soup, sometimes I use ugu leaf, other times I use water leaf.

---

After the meal, I sliced my pawpaw and ate along. I had my special delicacy on Wednesday afternoon.

THURSDAY

_{noodles, fried chicken, boiled eggs and chips with ketchup and drinks}

I told you it's getting hotter right? On Thursday was very interesting for me as I decided to do a very yummy combo. My sweet friend suggested the combo and we tried it out.

---

My special delicacy for Thursday was Noodles, fried chicken, boiled eggs, chips with ketchup, then we mixed a soft drink to wine we had at home. Did I hear you say "oh my God" hahahah. Yes oo you can't imagine what happened to me after eating all these things in one tummy.

---

Well, the combo was not bad but I really enjoyed eating everything. I look forward to trying it out again.

FRIDAY

_{white yam and egg sauce}

After the meal I ate on Thursday hmm I didn't want to eat so heavy. But my special delicacy for the day was white yam and egg sauce.

---

The meal was really yummy. I enjoyed every bit of it. The egg sauce was prepared with cabbage, egg, fresh tomatoes and fresh pepper, salt and vegetable oil. I almost ate out my finger while I ate the meal. You can try it out and tell me how yours turned out.

SATURDAY

_{Jollof Rice with salad and goat meat}

It's Saturday, and I always have so much time for myself. My special delicacy for Saturday is my sweet speciesy Jollof Rice cooked with goat meat and eaten with salad. I bet you will love it.

The taste of the goat meat was so pronounced in the meal. Oh how I wished my plate of food didn't finish. It was so tasty.
