Good morning steemians
Am @saintkelvin17, a very hardworking Nigerian steemian. Steem4nigeria community has always been doing very well right from when I saw this community in steemit for the first time. Is a wonderful community whose name will make you think is for only Nigerians but for everyone in the world who are steemians. Right from the beginning their moderators and admins has been doing very well and this is nice.

How well do you know about the community @steem4nigeria? How did you get to know the community? What do you know the community for?

I was always posting in Steemalive & Steemkids and parents Community few years ago before I discovered other communities in steemit in which Steem4nigeria was among. When I saw this community I was very excited that I now have another community I can be posting in weekly since steemalive was no longer in existence. I took my time to read the introduction post of the community and also the rules and regulations.

I know this community for their hard work, the moderators here and very hardworking and matured, Nigerians are always hardworking and am not really surprised. Steem4nigeria is what I see as a very strong community that can never go down easily, one of the admins left few months ago due to some challenges but the community never went down, instead he was replaced.

So far, has the management of this community been doing what you expected?

Yes I guess they have been doing what I expected, the community is ok, their engagement challenge topics are very interesting and nice and I really love the way they select winners in their engagement challenge, you can never predict their pattern, it will look as it is by the highest steemian with a quality comment but that's not true.

Steem4nigeria has always been a community I wanted to be a moderator in but I never got lucky there was a time they were looking for moderators and your steem power must be 1000 but I didn't apply because my steem was just 960 and I was very sad but now my steem power is 5,200+ 😁.

Do you have any recommendations, suggestions, or ideas for the steem4nigeria community on how best to grow the community to the next level? If NO, highlight our strengths & how to consolidate them.

I suggest that steem4nigeria switch their rate of choosing engagement challenge, since is 3 weeks, they can make the winners through those with the highest comments for 3 weeks then the other 3 weeks they can do their normal pattern which u don't fully understand yet, though I have understood their pattern 88% when they host engagement challenge next time I will confirm their pattern unless they change it.

I also suggest that they increase the number of contests in the community, am not happy that the number of contests in the community doesn't get up to 6 and they have more than 6 moderators. Yes I know they are hosting the engagement challenge that's why they have only one current contest but whenever they aren't hosting, engagement challenge, their contest isn't up to 6 in number.

How can you show appreciation and support for these good works done by the steem4nigeria community and her management in the steemit platform

I always try my best to support them in anyway I think I can, the community is good and like I said earlier that I once intend to be a moderator in the community. I love this community and is mainly based on Nigeria that's why I love it so much. I always try to vote on every contest post by the moderators in the community, I also try my best to participate in some of these contests. I wish to delegate to the community but I can't do that now, I have delegated to two communities already and I also want to have a high voting power of my own. When my steem power is much, I will try my best to delegate.

GOD BLESS STEEM4NIGERIA 🇳🇬

I invite @artist1111, @kidi40, @nahela, @solaymann, @graceleon and @patjewell to participate in this contest.
