Steem4nigeria Accelerator Contest Week 56: My Favourite Moment on Steemit.

Greetings Steem4nigeria Community

Is a very bright day and am so excited today. I have been selected as a community curator today and I will never forget this day, a very glorious day for me not to forget. Am supposed to talk about this golden opportunity in the contest as my favourite moment in steemit but that will be next time, I have something else to talk about. Special thanks to @steem4nigeria for creating this contest.

When was your favorite moment on Steemit and why did you consider that period your favorite?

My favorite moment in steemit was when I was selected as a moderator in Hot News Community. Then I was already in Steem for Pakistan community. I decided to apply for a moderator in Hotnews community, I believe I can also do very well in the community and I dropped my wonderful application which was well detailed. After applying I prayed to God to give me a chance to work in a different community in steemit.

The result was finally announced and I was so surprised when I was among those selected, though it was only two steemians they selected, my friend @abdullahw2 and I and the both of us were very excited. Then I said to myself that the admins if the community knew my worth in steemit and they believe I can do very well. The admins held physical meeting in their country Indonesia, concerning the steemians they will select as their new moderators and I was so excited I got selected because I believe they must have made debate about me in the meeting before selecting me.

How did you celebrate your favorite moment and with who did you celebrate it?

I was so excited, I was just one month old as a moderator in Steem for Pakistan community and I have already become a moderator in another community. I gave the good news to my friend @aaliarubab and she was happy for me. We discussed about the situation before I applied and I asked her if it is ok for me to apply because she was an admin in Steem for Pakistan community that period. This happened last year November.

She said I should try my luck and see if I can get selected and I tried my luck. Immediately the moderators were selected i shared the good news to her. She was happy for me and I also celebrated that moment with one of my in steemit, she also applied and she was the only female steemian who applied. She was happy for me and I assured her that she will be a moderator in another community soon.

If you have the opportunity to have such a moment again how do you intend to celebrate it with which Steemian?

Yes I have such a wonderful moment again and that's today, being selected as a community curator by the steemit team has showed that I have been creating an impact in this platform and I deserve to get the chance. I have always wanted to be in a team right from when the initiative of applying with teams came into existence but I wasn't able to be in any team for two months because of my low steem power but someone met me and asked if I was in a team and I got so excited.

Anyway alot of steemians met me this month after minimum steem power was removed but my friend wakeupkitty met me first. I intend to celebrate this day with a very good friend of mine @wakeupkitty because she's the beginning of this success of mine. Is a wonderful day I can never forget, I just need to work harder and smarter now. Thanks for reading.
