do your definition of terms ie pain and gain.

Pain
Pain is a situation been feeling of physical discomfort or trouble in the body, it can be caused by injury or illness and many more. It is one of the body's warning signals which let us to know that something is wrong and needs to be addressed immediately.

Gain
Gain simply means an increase or improvement in double of what you work for, in terms of wealth, knowledge or status It can be the result of hard work or simply good fortune. For you to gain you have to pass through labour before gaining.

What do you understand by the statement.

To me in my own understanding I have about the statement "no pain, no gain" means that in order to achieve something one must have to endure some amount of pain, everything you do in this world you have to passed through pain before you gain. Assuming you learning a work for a period of 2 to 4 years during that time you passed through labour as well as pain in order to know the work before you now start to gain from what you learn. It can also be through education, growth, business and others.

Yes' I subscribe to this school of thought, because the statement "no pain, no gain" I believe that there are many ways to achieve success improvement without experience suffering or difficulty but is not possible, because in this world nothing without labour, even the top richest people in the world there was a time most of them passed through pains in order to gain more today.
So our gain today is the pain we pass through earlier to achieve our goal, the pain can be inform of stress, hardship, discomfort and more.

Share an experience for or against the statement.

My experience about the statement is when I start betting with one platform in hoping of winning money in return, that was the time I lost my money unlimitedly, but there was a day I stick with my mind and have confidence that I have to gain what I lost, suddenly I place a bet that was unbelievable to deliver but at the end of it, it deliver me and I win more than what I lost from my previous betting time, and that was how I gain my lost.
