What do you understand about the role of a Moderator?

I had understand few things about a role of moderator it is first of all moderator is not a word it's an emotion for some more the people who are trying to get this power it is not easy to get the title from those admin of the community. The role of a moderator is to do his duty like supporting to the new members and also the old member by teaching them new things and correcting their mistakes with humble. And also they have to do their work like preparing their own post and also verify the others post which was posted in their community. In the verification process there are so many things are available like they have to check the club status whether it is AI created content or which was created by human and also they have to check plagiarism, source link for the pictures or video. Also they have to do some extra curricular activities like preparing new contest and also distribute the rewards for the winner of those contest regularly it will be good moderator and also he/she can sustain in the moderator roll.

Here I have to explain the meaning that what I had gain from the word of moderator. In family how a mother and father is important do to their child like that in each and every community the admin and the moderator are most important one in the community to develop and maintain it.

If you were given an opportunity to chose any community of your choice for this role, what community would it be...and why?

In our India I believe that there are more communities are available in this timid platform but I know only few of them from that if a opportunity for getting moderator roll for me then I had choosing the two community only the first one is #Hindwhale community and the second one is #Incredible India. Because few days ago I had get a Chan ce chance to work as a moderator but unfortunately I had not able to continue the conversation but I know that now I can do my best for that community. I had gain lots of support from those community and also by those community member I had reached this position with the help of this community members. Especially in Hindwhale community the admin @jyoti-thelight and one of the moderator @shravana had help me and also motivate me to create more post in this community. Also I had get encourage and motivation from the incredible india community admin @sduttaskitchen. If I had get an opportunity to get again as a moderate I will definitely do my level best and also I had create new things to develop those community.

What would be your input as an incoming Moderator of that community of your choice?

By getting the chance of being a moderator I will do my work correctly and regularly by doing support and teaching the new members and also the old member and correct their mistake without fail. I will definitely reduce to tell excuse for them. Creating new contact and continuing it at every week regularly it will increase the amount of incoming post in that community.
