Which is your favourite Initiative and why?

Hardwork is the best initiative for me because before New year I had posted only 7 to 9 post for a week. But now, I had posting more than 15 post per week. Due to this hard work I had get some new support and also new friends from various countries. It is the favourite Initiative for me. I had another favorite initiative. If you do something wrong or I had missed anything means. I should not give the reason that I did it because of this. When we stop telling reason means then we will do more initiative.

How has this initiative help you to grow on the platform?

This hard work give me some new friends in my country and also in other countries. Even though I had also getting supports from them also. Because of posting a good and quality post without failed in posting post. I will definitely try to put more than 2 post per day. So I will do little bit hardwork for every day.

If you are to propose a new initiative for the steemit team what will it be?

I am not a well trained person in this steemit platform and also I didn't know that all the things that steemit teams are doing they are also do some new ideas to develop this platform and their accounts. My opinion for the steemit team they have to do some tutorial class for the newbies. Like for example I am from India so that if anybody from India is joining to this platform as a newbie means the country representatives will create a class. And then the old person in steemit will also help them to maintain the class. Because newbies are facing so struggle and they don't know how to do it . They are struggling to sustain in this platform. If anybody wants to ask doubt about this platform you can contact me I will definitely help you if I don't know means I will refer and tell. I am ready to support for the newbies in this platform.

In your opinion, what do you think will help raise the price of the steem token

My opinion for raise the price of the steem token all over the world by everyone in this steemit platform should fix a 25% of beneficiary to the @null account. We can improve the steem value by burning the steem in the null account. It will helps to increase the steem value quickly. I know that it is not possible so that there are so many contest and engagement challenge are going in this platform. if it becomes as a rules in every contest and engagement challenge means they have to fix beneficiary to null account
