Application for Community Curators for December, 2022

To the steemit Team,
It is a pleasure once again to present my application for Team Newcomer as well as the other teams for December 2022. Given the announcement made by the team, requesting individual applications for the role of community curator, I present my humble application to be asses by the team.

I joined the steemit platform on the 9th of November 2020. From my calculations, I'm already 2 years and a few weeks from this noble platform. Since I joined the platform, I have always participated in all the happenings on the platform such as promotion, contest, engagement, burnsteem etc. I have also been engaged in powering up all my earnings which have kept me in club100 till now.

My commitment to the platform has earned me many positions among which include being a MOD in four different communities I.e @steem4nigeria, @steemkidss, @steem4bloggers and @steemit-travel.

Apart from being MOD, I have been the privilege to work with the Efficient seven curation team for 4 months using the SC04 account, I have also worked with Team 3 curators for 2 months using the SC06 account and currently, I'm working with Team 2 using the SC05 account and my team members currently include @josevas217, @jyoti-thelight, @ripon0630, @astilem, @f2i5 and @afrizalbinalka.

I'm a computer scientist and also currently working as an engaged staff in the College of Education here in the Akwanga local government area of Nasarawa state. As a lecturer, I work hard to have little knowledge about almost everything hence I have always trained my students to be very creative and not limit their knowledge.

Currently, I live permanently in Nigeria and the general language used by Nigerians is English. Hence, I must say I read and speak English fluently and I also prefer writing in English as well.

As at the time of writing this article, my steem power is 23,006.09. This is own steem power without any delegated in. My voting CSI is 18.3 and I have successfully distributed 157 upvotes to 117 accounts in the past 7 days. My reputation is 73.975, for the sake of clarity, I will be presenting this information in the table below.

I have delegated a total of 5,585.94 SP to 3 different accounts and I will be listing and explaining my reasons for delegations below.

I delegate 3k SP to @steem4nigeria to support the official community account of my beloved country Nigeria. I have also delegated 2k SP to @steemkidss an official account for all kids and parents who are steemians all over the world. It was founded by my mentor @ngoenyi, she has always sorted for ways in ensuring that steemians get full support on the platform. I have also delegated 500 SP to @steemit-travel and that is to show my commitment as one of the MODs.

I love curating subjects related to creative writing, art and also any science-related articles. As a lecturer, I love seeing the creativity of people and also ideas or ways in which the steemit platform can be promoted because I'm a big fan of this promotion activity.

This time the eligibility guide is for applicants to have at least 4500 SP of their own and not delegated to them and they must have a reputation of 69. I have assessed myself and I discover I'm eligible to apply and that is the reason I'm presenting my application today. I do hope that the steemit team will give my application due consideration. I have served and I'm still serving, it will be a pleasure on my part to serve in this capacity once again.
