Contest Result: My thought of having a steem fest

Hi steemians,
I'm delighted to announce the result of the contest organised a week ago which goes with the title 'My thought of having a steem fest' The contest was aimed at seeing the opinion of various steemians with regards to steem fest

The platform is over 7 years today and we have people from all over the world in it. A fest in my opinion will have gone a longer in fostering the growth of this amazing platform. We all need a time out once in a while to have fun with friends and well wishes and that is where the idea of the contest came to play.

From the contest entries, we have seen the opinion of some steemians with regards to the topic under consideration. Indeed it will be a wonderful experience for all if we have the opportunity to hold such a fest. Everyone is willing and ready to meet with other steemian in their countries and beyond.

A total of 8 people participated in the contest and got their articles reviewed. A few factors contained in the rules of the contest were taken into consideration when selecting winners.

As I have said, we had quite interesting entries in all but there must always be a winner and that is why the three listed below stood out among others. We have shared the reward among the three winners in the ratio of 4:2:2, this is because there was no much support for the contest. The screenshot and the links of the winners are seen below.

The contest was quite an interesting one because we saw the opinion of various users with regards to a steem fest. Indeed it will be a very good idea and I do hope sooner or later the steemit team will also think towards that direction. To all participants, we appreciate your effort and to the winners, we say kudos to you all.
