Before you were introduced to steemit, what digital or physical work did you base your income on?

Before I came across the Steemit platform, I was already a writer but not as deep as it is on Steemit because there are no checks so we do lots of copy and paste. So before I came across Steemit I was writing on Operamin News.

Then this Operamin News was manage by the white so we write and get paid every 15th day of the month. So while registering you are to provide your account details and your money comes as a result of the number of views on your post, comments and lastly the number of shares.

So during that period you must ensure you look for a good news which people will love to read and possibly share because they higher the shares the more your money. So that was one of the online businesses I was doing during that time.

Have you been a victim of online scams? Is steemit a breakthrough?

mine.PNG

Yes, even while I have already met the Steemit platform I decided to invest in other social media platform where I can earn extra income aside from Steemit. I was introduced to a platform called CALA where you invest USDT and earn USDT.

At the very start, the entire system was working perfectly and I never wanted to join because I have heard lots of stories but after a lot of conviction from a friend I decided to try it. I invested about $50 and after a little return the site went blank.

So I went back to Steemit and focused on it and I vowed never to go and invest in anything online as such again. Steemit is free and you can earn something that can change your life and that is why I have much trust on it.

Do you prefer writing on Steemit for a month in your home to working under someone for a month under duress?

mine.PNG

Recently I decided to quit from my work because of the stress I was facing and because I wasn't having much time to write here on the Steemit platform. I prefer to write on the Steemit platform for a month in my house than to work for anyone.

The reason I have said so is because the return I get from Steemit within a month aside my savings is like 3-4x higher than what I gain working for someone. Also I'm free to completely work myself in my pace as I will be working under strict instructions but on Steemit, I write when I want and how I want.

Also I learn from Steemit as it is a universal place where different types of knowledge are shared. If its at my work place I will only learn one thing which is associated to the work I'm doing and that is why I prefer working on Steemit.

Has steemit made you a bit independent financially than how you were? If yes or no, how and why? Explain with reasons

mine.PNG

Saying Steemit has made me financially independent a bit is an understatement because Steemit did not only make independent financially a bit but it has made me completely financially.

Going through my Steemit wallet and seeing the amount I have in stuck I can confidently say that I'm financially free already as I earn money for myself by writing and voting and also I can assist many financially without asking for anything in return.

Since I joined Steemit I became independent financially because I don't ask my parents for.money instead I support them with the little I have and I always ensure that my siblings and those around me also get a little financial assistance from me all the time.

Imagine your life without Steemit and tell us in 3 sentences as the concluding part of your post.

mine.PNG

If I didn't come across Steemit at this point of my life I don't really know exactly where I could have being at the moment considering the economic situation of the country.

Maybe I could have just be managing with the work I was doing at Microcima Africa and then be collecting peanut which could have finish before the end of the month.

Or I could have still be with the college of education where I do voluntary teaching and wait for anytime I get a contract to perform a little work there. These are things and possibilities that could have happened if I don't know Steemit because I couldn't have had an option.

Finally, I wish to invite my friends @dove11, @solaymann, and @josepha to also join this contest today and share their own opinions about this wonderful topic.

MODs Comment/Recommendation:

It's tough when online platforms turn out to be unreliable, like what happened with CALA. It's great that you found your way back to Steemit and decided to focus on it instead. Steemit has proven to be a trustworthy platform for you, providing an opportunity to earn without the risk of investment. It's smart to stick with what works and where you feel comfortable.
