What is or has been your biggest challenge on Steemit?

My biggest challenge on Steemit is growing my Steem Power. Based on the current economic of the country, growing my Steem power has become very difficult for me. This is because the reward on Steemit is used to solve the real life problems I'm having instead of consistently powering up.

I remember when there was TRX as a reward, I usually power up all my Steem and that shows more growth to me than I ever had but since the removal of TRX as reward, it has not been an easy task for me to grow any longer on the platform.

So my challenge now is that there is no other means to earn on the Steemit platform aside from just the Steem and So which doesn't allow us to grow completely within the platform. So if they Steemit team will add another method of payment I guess the challenge I have will be settled.

How do you think Steemit improve for it's users?

Steemit can improve for it users by adding additional incentives to its users. I'm proud of the Steemit platform for all there work so far but we need more improvement and that is in the part of incentives.

Once we begin to earn more token on the platform it becomes very easy for more people to know about Steemit and also hold the Steem token if they are able to be educated in how Steemit as a platform works.

With more people holding the Steem token I guess there will be a serious price increase in the Steem token. So this is the main reason why I insist that Steemit should consider adding other incentives to draw more people to the platform.

Despite the challenges, what keeps you motivated on Steemit?

Despite the challenge I kept pushing because I know that there are better days ahead. If the price of Steem can stay above $0.26 for a while I'm certain that SBD will start printing and that means one can earn additional Steem from the post instead of what we are earning at the moment.

So I keep pushing because I have seen the platform with the SBD incentive in place and I know that the price is what is keeping it away at the moment. I'm sure that sooner I will be earning more Steem which will enable me to power up and also use part for my daily living.

How can or does the community help with challenges?

The community are doing their best I guess and that is why they always come up with the SLC and other forms of challenges to enable those who are serious minded to earn more Steem by getting more upvote.

I'm happy with the current SLC even though I'm not in full participation because of the many things I'm currently working on at the moment. I have seen those who dedicated their time and energy to it making real money and growing their account.

So the community has help a lot in this aspect because they know that earning the Steem token alone is not enough we need more and since the more is not available at the moment then the alternative option is giving more votes to earn more Steem.

How can we come together to solve problems?

This problem can be solve when we decide to hold more of Steem, burn some of the Steem and then try to create awareness about Steem the best way we can and then ensure that more investors come.to Steem and then push the price higher thereby earning more from the SBD that will start printing.

Since we may not have the opportunity to have a new and additional token for incentive then the only option is to push for SBD printing and earn more Steem from there and then use it to grow our Steem power and also for our daily living.
