Welcome To My Blog Steemians

How was your day? Is good to see today going to an end, I have really done alot today and I was at home because of the public holiday. I came across this connect just this evening while searching for contests to participate in, in disconnect's blog. I thank @bossj23 for organizing this wonderful contest that will give us the opportunity to show more love to the steemians that recruited us to steemit.

Tell us how you got to know steemit and who did the introduction to you.

I got to know about steemit from my elder brother @saintkelvin17, he's very passionate about steemit and he has achieved alot in this platform. Steemit is a very nice place, though it takes patience, hard and smart work to currently survive in this platform. When I joined new I really faced some difficulties most especially because am still in high school and am not always with my phone.

My elder brother did the introduction to me after he has already spent 5 months in steemit. He said it will be very advisable if I join a platform like steemit on time and I refused at first but I later decided to join. I went ahead to see how my brother blog in steemit, I got quite excited after he introduced me but he told me not to get too excited because getting better votes on our posts is very hard.

Briefly write an appreciation message to that Steemian.

Big bro @saintkelvin17, thanks for inviting me to this wonderful platform, I have really learnt alot at this young age of mine and I believe I will keep learning more, steemit is a very big platform that has been in existence for more than 7 years. I got to know the importance of being patient, through your story on how you grew faster in steemit despite the numerous challenges you faced.

You are a very passionate steemian that doesn't even have plans to power down even in the next 10 years and this is very amazing and motivating, I wish to be a moderator like you because I love the role alot and I also don't want to ever power down, if you don't power down I won't power down. Steemit is the best even though things are currently hard for so many steemians like you and I now.

Surprise that Steemian with a gift of anything at all and tell us how the Steemian felt about the gift either big or small.

I will love to give my elder brother a bigger power bank now that there's no light in our area since January, our transformer has been very bad and this has affected my brother I because we are no longer very active in steemit, when I say active I mean over active, we used to win engagement challenges before but is very difficult now because our phones are always very low. So I will love to buy another power bank for my elder brother and give it time him, he will really love the gift so much and he will be more active in steemit once he starts using it.

What lessons have you learnt from this Steemian?

This steemian never gives up in life, alot of steemians normally meet him for advice and motivation and he tries his best to give them what they want even when he also needs motivation and advice. I can remember how he was still creating posts in steemit everyday throughout last two weeks when he was very ill, my brother was very disappointed that he will loose alot if he doesn't remain active in steemit so he kept on posting everyday. I love the energy in this wonderful steemian who's quite young and I believe he will achieve greatness in the future.
