Hi , Dear fellow. How do you do? I am very thankful to @icon to inviting . I am very glad to take part in this challenge this one is my first participation for any challlenge. I am very exited today let me tell you that how I spend my day today is sunday .It is only one day in our country which one is free for us . So , today I am sharing with you How I have spent my day. I have started with the name of ALLAH Almighty .

Morning Walk:

I went for morning walk and did morning park in a near walk tracker. There are different people are doing walk. some are with their friends and some are with their family. The environment was looking very pleasent. I completed 5 track and got tired. Did some rest and come backeto home.

Breakfast:

I make my breakfast. I am taking healty breakfast. doctors strictly recommended me to lose my weight . So, I am trying best to avoid food that is the reason of fat.

water Plants:

When i did breakfast then i water the plants. I have love for planting. I have many plants in my home . I look after these plants like my children.

Cleanliness of Home :

After watreing plant clean my home and and wash dishes and did dusting.

Washing Clothes :

Now There were unwashed clothes. I washed clothes and hang for let to dry.

Lunch:

I prepare luch and did lunch. In lunch I took 2 pieces of fish. and some salad.
I went to bazar for some shoping and buy some necessity base things.

Dinner:

At 7.00 Pm I have started to prepare dinner for my family. When I have completed . I served dinner to my family. After that I washed dishes and clean kitchen. Now I have time to write post.
