I'm back again with a very important content. In this content I will be discussing sleep and its benefits to man.

Introduction
In this content I will be elaborating on the significance of sleep.
The benefits of sleep are many. Sleep plays a crucial role in tissue repair, hormone regulation, and overall health.
Getting enough sleep boosts brain power, improves weight management, and reduces stress and inflammation in the body.
What Is Sleep
From my findings I came to the realization that sleep is the state of reduced consciousness during which a human or animals rests in a daily rhythm.
How much sleep do you need
Sleep is a healthy exercise pattern for the effective function of the brain and the entire body system.
Just like water, exercise and food, getting quality sleep is also important for your entire wellbeing. Sleep gives room for the functionality of our wellness. It relieves human and animals of the extra workload or burden to ease the body.
So, whether or not you sleep well, be aware that it impacts your body both mentally and physically.
In the medical field it is recommended that you observe at least 7 to 9 hours of sleep daily, on a regular.
Nevertheless, the amount of sleep we need apparently depends on our ages. An adult needs at least 7 to 9 hours of sleep. Teenagers needs at least 8 to 10 hours of sleep because of the changes in growth and for proper development of their body. While children need 9 to 11 hours of sleep for daily for the proper functioning of their growing brains. And toddlers need 10 to 13 hours of sleep daily for appropriate development of their organs.
Proper sleep promotes cardiac health; during sleep the heart rate slows down, and the blood pressure reduces. It improves mood, and energy levels too. Sleep can also decrease depression, anxiety and other stress related problems. It is a cure for most ailments.
Conclusion
The lack of sleep can cause so many troubles. Unfortunately, lack of sleep can increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases. It causes blood pressure to remain high for a period of time. In fact, insufficient sleep can make one liable to mental distress.
You shouldn't play with your sleep. Start making it a priority to get yourself a quality sleep daily. This will make you mentally sound.
