Well, nowadays the craze of fitness has increased a lot. People are taking more care of their health than before and this is a good thing and people should also worry about their health because we all get only one life and we should think about our body and we should pay special attention to our food because if we do not do this then it can also have adverse effects and I know all these things because I do not have control over my food, still nowadays I am trying to wait for outside food and eat as much healthy food as possible and also include a little exercise in my daily routine so that I will be successful in making a butter body.

👉What did you do?

To be honest, earlier I was not worried about my health but as we grow older, we become aware of health because if your body is healthy then you do not face many problems. If you do not have a healthy body then you have to face a lot of problems later on. We must have seen that some people around us look like 30 even at the age of 50. This is because they have been following a healthy routine and good habits in their daily routine since childhood and in return they have got such a body. Look, everyone wants to stay fit but the hard work that is required for it is not in everyone's capacity but now I have understood this thing and I am gradually bringing a little exercise into my daily routine and I am seeing a difference from it and better eating habits also make a lot of difference.

👉Where did you do it? (Indoor or outdoor? Alone or with a group?)

A few months ago, I used to go for a morning walk with a friend and I used to feel very good. Yes, I used to feel a little tired in the beginning because I was not used to this routine, but gradually I got used to it. For a few months, my friend's routine had broken, so now I have started again. Now I wake up in the morning and do some exercise on my terrace and also clean the terrace so that my body remains in movement I also get some light exercise and after that, I do yoga for some time, which also makes me feel good mentally. I do all this on the terrace of my house and since I have included this in my daily routine, I have started feeling a little better.

👉How many minutes or hours did you spend within the week to stay fit?

Although I have not fixed any timing, whenever I wake up, I give myself 15 to 20 minutes and I am thinking of increasing it gradually, but if I can give myself this much time daily for exercising, then I think it is achievable and then after a few minutes I meditate, which gives a lot of relaxation to the mind and the body and I feel very good. By the way, I am also thinking of cycling, maybe I will buy a new cycle after a few months, after that I will go for cycling in the morning, which will probably be even more beneficial for me.

👉Any benefit? Your pains and joys

See, whenever we start any routine, there is some difficulty because we are not used to it, but gradually we get used to it. It becomes a part of our daily routine, but it is a little difficult if you start exercising in the morning because your body is not prepared for it. Still, gradually your body opens up, then you start enjoying doing all these things, like when you first go to the gym, the next day your hands and legs feel a lot of pain, but gradually if you start going there daily, then you get used to that pain. Then it does not matter much to you, the same thing happened with me too, but I have got used to it a little bit, I do not do such heavy exercise, I am slowly getting my body used to it, then maybe gradually I will take it to the advanced level.

If you can tell me how to lose fat quickly then it will be very helpful for me and I am not able to control my eating. Yes, I don't eat outside food but still, I eat a lot of home-cooked food due to which my belly has become bulging and it feels very awkward sometimes because I am not able to wear the clothes which I like the most, which sometimes makes me feel very bad. Yes, all this did not happen in a day,it gradually took time, but if you can give me some tips that can help me reduce my belly fat then I will be very grateful to you.

I was wondering why you didn't use your own images?

As for your questions, you will have to exercise self-control when it comes to eating. And you need to be consistent in the exercise and always be progressive in the amount of exercise you do. Then, there are some programs that are for the stomach especially the planks eye.
