As we speak HIV/AIDS has become one of the battling diseases in the world. Which is mostly contracted through sexual intercourse, using a sharp object and kissing an infected person. This disease is transmitted from one person to another, it is a virus. It has been more than years after scientists have tried so many times to help get the medicine that could help cure HIV/AIDS permanently but there hasn’t been any successful drug. I believe this HIV is very strong than our normal virus, which we sometimes do come across. But they have been able to produce some drugs which help to boost an infected person's immune system to help fight the virus from destroying the human system.

The correct intake of this drug is going to help the infected person to be strong and reduce the rate of transmitting the virus to a non-infected person. Over the past years the WHO has been recording so many cases, but this year 2022, they have been able to record the high rate of HIV/AIDS in this year. From January to August the WHO has been able to record about 37.9 million HIV cases. This is very serious and we must be very careful in the everyday activities that we engage ourselves. Mostly this disease is caused by homosexual intercourse, random sex, and many more.

This disease can be infected both children, adolescents, and adults. Today a lot of people living with HIV do not have any idea, due to a lack of Checks at the hospital. As we speak these are the countries with the highest rate of HIV infection, Eswatini. Lesotho’s, Botswana, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Mozambique, Zambia.

How to avoid these diseases.

  • Regular checkup

  • Using protection during sex

  • Avoiding the use of a sharp object with an infected person

  • Pregnant women with HIV must always follow the instructions of the doctors, this helps prevent this unborn child from getting the virus.
