My Knowledge about Worry and Is It Bad to Worry

Worry is an act which people suddenly think of past, present or future events or happening. Nowadays, worry has became the order of the day as people worry about nearly everything in life. In my Country Nigeria, anyone who is just sitting for too long is a indicator that the person has gone into the deep world of worry. It might be due to the failing economic situation and other situations that is not pleasant. Worry is a very bad act and it is not recommendable to anyone.

Does Worry Solve Problem

As Zlatan, the popular Nigerian musician said in his song "Overthinking no dey solve problem. Better days are coming ...". This phrase will simply tell you that overthinking or worry will and can't solve any problem. The second phrase of that statement is Better Days are Coming. In order for this to be a reality, take action instead of worrying about situations.

Causes of Worry

The causes of worry may include the following:

  • Failure: Failure is a factor that majorly cause worry. Failure to execute a certain project or task may give room for the individual to worry.
  • Disappointment: This is another factor that has the ability to trigger worry in Human beings. A disappointed man or woman has the ability to surf in the world of worry.
  • Physical Problem: This is also a cause of worry in Human beings.

The Consequences of Worry
  • Reduce Mental Power
  • Increase the rate of Health Complications
  • Reduced body functioning
Solutions to People Who Overworry

Here are the solutions I recommend to those who worry a lot:

  • Do The Action: Instead of sitting down to worry about things, do the action. Doing the action I mean working on improving or correcting the issues.
  • Have Family Time: Worries about things or situations can be reduced by spending quality time with your family.
  • Taking Good Sleep: Sleep is a temporary solution to tame down Stress. This process can minimize worry.
  • Taking a Stroll: Taking a stroll down your street you resides can help reduce the stress. The wind will literally blow away worry.
