Hello dear steem4nigeria and other friends from around the world, it is a pleasure to post in this community once again, and today i will be participating in a contest hosted by @lhorgic in this wonderful community.
So let's start answering the questions that was giving to us my answer in this contest.

What do you understand by the word Quit?

The word quit is a term which indicates the act of giving up on something just because it is not in your favour or it is not what you expected to see or do. Many people in this world always have the idea of quiting because they feel that time goes to slow for them when doing a particular thing, for me it is the same thing, there are times in school where i feel so stressed out i feel like quitting. You hear about this in the next question.

Have you ever being at the verge of quiting/giving up before? What were the challenges?

Yes i have been at the verge of quitting before, there was a particular time when we had to write up to five test in a row, no rest age only writing and more writing, even our break was used. To me i felt that i was treated unfairly because they are not supposed to use our break for a test. I almost felt like abandoning the current test that was going on, i felt so tired stressed out and hungry, but i had to endure the hunger.

How did you overcome the challenges, (practical steps would be much appreciated) and how did you feel afterward.

I overcomed the challenge through the qualities listed below like peace, patience and self control.

  1. Peace made be to be calm inside me
  2. Patience helped me to know that the time for the test would soon be over
  3. Self control helped me not to overreact, because if i overreact it will cause more problems beyond which i can handle.

Also another thing that made me to endure was that i really read for the test so i just had to finish quickly so that i would be able to refresh myself with some snacks

What's your advice for those in your shoes?

My advice to those in my shoes is that whenever they feel that way ,they should always be assured that that time will soon pass and that after that time they will be happy that they did it. So they should never quit, because anyone that develops the habit of quiting now will not be able to quit it in the future.

It was a pleasure to participate in this contest thank you all for, i invite @fortwis09, @patjwell and @ngoenyi to participate in this contest.
