Hello dear friends, it is a pleasure to post in this community once again, and today I would love to participate in the contest about the food I like most. This is a very interesting topic , but before I start answering the questions I would love to talk about food as a whole.

Food

As a primary definition food is anything food we take into our body, to gain nutrients and to be able to grow healthier and stronger. Food is important for man and animals even plants manufacture their own food. Food provides sufficient nutrients for the health benefits of the body. They are various instances in which food is taken, we have the breakfast, brunch, lunch and Dinner.
*** Note ***: Brunch is a meal taken in between breakfast and launch.

We have snacks that are mostly junk foods like pasteries like cakes and other things. Foods satisfies hunger and brings refreshment, it nourishes the body and strengthens the muscles for other activities. Excess food is bad for us humans, because it builds up excess fat which can be removed by constant exercise. Now let's answer the questions:

Are you a foodie or would you prefer snacks? Why do you love food or snacks?

Actually I am half a foodie and half a snacker. I love both food and snacks, anyone presented will be taken by me. But I take both of them in low quantities to avoid excessive fat.

Tell us about the food you love the most and it's health benefits and how often you eat it.

The food I love i actually rice and vegetable sauce, it is a very yummy delicacy, maybe you guys should try it one day. It is very healthy because it consists of green vegetables, which are rich in vitamins and others basic nutrients. Also we have the white rice that is rich in carbohydrates which give energy to the body, to be able to perform some other daily works or activities.

Share step by step on how the food you love the most is prepared and add pictures too.

We simply differently prepare the white rice for the meal, then in a separate pot prepare the vegetables put some spices and, then stir it to make the ingredients balance. Then after that we dish it oust on a plate. And your food is ready for consumption.

It was a very simple process, and that is the main reason I love the food it is simple to prepare. I invite @fortwis09, @alli001 and @kidi40 to participate in this contest.
