Looking back on previous years is an important step in understanding our life journey, identifying successes, and learning from mistakes. With reflection, we can make better adjustments for the future. This year, I have implemented significant changes in my approach to time management. I am more disciplined in completing tasks on time, avoiding procrastination, and focusing on top priorities.

The slogan "Dey for who dey for you" contains a deep meaning about loyalty and reciprocity. In life, it is important to support those who truly care and are there for us. However, I believe that relationships do not have to be entirely transactional. Now and then, we all need to extend kindness where there will be no obligation in return – even family and close friends. But if the relationship starts classifying as one sided, emotionally and toxic, then it has to be rethought.

Entering the new year, we are indeed getting older, and changes in attitude are a must. Over time, we must be wiser, more patient, and more empathetic. This attitude not only reflects maturity, but also improves the quality of life and relationships with others.

This year, I realized the importance of eliminating the attitude of being too perfectionist. I often criticize myself when something does not go according to plan, which ultimately creates stress and reduces happiness. I feel the need to change this attitude to be more flexible and accept that imperfection is part of the learning process. This change helps me live my life more calmly and focus on the things that really matter.

Reflection, meaningful relationships, and changes in attitude are important elements in welcoming the new year with new enthusiasm.
