Gouache Diaries: Far In The Fields.. 🎨 🧡🖌

An earlier gouache painting when I was just getting introduced to the medium. This is one of those which really made me want to explore this medium further. I think there are few specific artworks which more or less tell you how much you are gonna enjoy a medium and this was like that for me. Coming from watercolors to this much opaqueness and thick paint was incredible for me. Plus I love the tiling method of painting in general way too much.

This also revealed my hidden love for painting houses! I might not have been a big fan of illustrating them with watercolors in the past but gouache made all the difference!
