It took me a while to realise time is circular and not lineal; And therefore my life is also. As a younger person I felt quite certain I was on a journey to a place, that if I moved ever forward I would simply arrive there and my life-goals would be complete, I would have made it.
I sought new horizons, seeking to move forward and only later in life I realised that my forward motion was indeed me revisiting earlier evolutions of myself, enacting them again, but differently, with new perspective gained over the experience of living each evolution.
The horizons I sought, the journey to them wasn't lineal, a straight line, at all...It was a circuitous route; It was the evolution of my life and time combining to carry me onward upon my journey.
