Takeaway Food: Fried Foods with Spicy Sauce

What was my first thought when I wanted to eat spicy food? The answer is Penyet Chicken/Ayam Penyet.

Penyet chicken is a type of fried chicken served by flaking first with a pestle and mortar which is then eaten with sambal (super spicy chili sauce).

Because I'm not cooking spicy chicken at home, so I decided to buy penyet chicken not far from my house.

I have bought this typical Indonesian dish that belongs to a small stall KAK EKA.

The price is cheap with a large portion. This is quite affordable for the people in the village.

Then I take my food with strefoam and enjoy the dish at home.

Look at the large portion of my order. It saves enough money, and I usually spend this dish for two dining time.

Delicious, and most importantly super spicy!
