Homemade ice cream like this is quite easy to make because it is only made from two ingredients namely fruit and plant-based milk, here I use coconut milk.
I was like a child screaming with joy when I managed to get ice cream out of the mold!
This is really beautiful, and of course full of flavor.

I'm sure we can all make it as long as we have a fridge and fruit and milk.
If you don't have an ice cream stick mold like mine, you can use an ordinary container, and later you can enjoy it with a cone or just enjoy it with a spoon as usual.
