Now you can trust in the cops and public institutions...
Now studying in a good college in not just a dream...
Now you don't have to take 2 o 3 buses to go to work, school or home...
Now you don't have to wait 1 to 2 hours in the stop for the bus...
Now you don't have to travel hanging from the bus door or window when you use public transport...
Now you don't hear your parents crying about the nourishment and livelihood...
Now you mom does not say you to take the rest of her food because she is not hungry when you ask for more...
Now the queues are not for some water, gas, food or medicine anymore...
Now the queues in the streets are for meet and greet your favorite celebrities...
Now there is no worry about your household appliances breaking down for the continuous blackouts...
Now you don't spend 72 hours in a row without electricity...
Now you don't spend a whole month without water in your neighborhood's pipers...
Now you don't have to see your loved ones suffering and bearing some ache being unable do to nothing...
Now you can go to the physician when you have the minimum malaise...
Now you can treat those pains...
Now you loved ones do not suffer of a late detected disease for they couldn't afford medical tests...
Now you don't have to see your loved ones dying slowly in a filthy hospital floor because there's no supplies to treat them, not even a bed...
Now you don't have to wait out of the hospital incapable to hear your love ones' last words nor say a last I love you to them because the doctors told you to get out of the room because it too crowded...
Now you don't hear you loved ones saying the rather die in house than in a hospital and when you get why is too late...

Now that you're far away of socialism...
Now you're happy.

But those ghosts never go...
They remain deep down.

Even yet you not take hot shower so often.
Even yet you're afraid to hang out too late in night.
Even yet you see the cops with mistrust.
Even yet you keep worrying when the bus is delayed even just 10 minutes.
Even yet it feels weird seeing the bus so empty.
Even yet you keep remembering those times when the supermarket cashier queue is too long and something shivers in you.
Even yet you still buying candles in case of a blackout.
Even yet you wait for the malaise disappear instead go to doctor.
Even yet the hospitals trigger a shudder in you.

Even yet there's sadness and sorrow rooted deep inside you...

A sorrow you will never get rid of...
