INGREDIENTS:

• 1 cup of rice.
• 1 small onion.
• 2 cloves of garlic.
• 1 egg.
• 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour.
• Half a red pepper.
• Cilantro and sweet chili.
• Breadcrumbs.
• White cheese.

PREPARATION:

• Remove the cup of rice from the refrigerator to room temperature.
• Chop sweet chili, red pepper, onion, coriander, and crush the two cloves of garlic.
