A cold rain is falling today and sky is leaden gray. Makes me long for the light and warmth of summer. In the nearby mountains, the snow is pouring down. I guess it makes the ski reports happy.
The once bright red rowanberries are now dark and shriveled. The raindrops hang there and seem like they could turn to ice at a moment's notice.
Looking through summer photos, I think of the beauty of our lavender in bloom.
But there are many months to go, before we get there again.
First we must face a long harsh winter. No telling what 2021 will bring. I hope it is something better than 2020, but I am not holding my breath!
Thanks for visiting!

With the arrival of winter, the flowers that fade and almost become alive with the arrival of spring and create a wonderful view.
